The documents I was sent to fill out to initiate a wire transfer were so unprofessional in appearance I had to call to be sure they were legitimate. And, they were sent to me as a Word document, so I was able to edit them myself! Not very secure or mindful of them. Especially with all the fraud warnings regarding title companies that were included.

I am having to deal with my name being mispelled on the title and my mailing address not being given for the property taxes. I felt snapped at when I told them by telephone before they filed. I just sent them an email to please explain why these corrections were not made...
Update...I finally got through to someone who corrected the problems.
