I had an amazing experience at the Orange County Credit Union on Main Street in Santa Ana! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Loren, in particular, went above and beyond to help me get set up with my new bank account. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind--he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Loren exceeded all my expectations. Thanks to him, I feel confident and excited about banking with OCCU. Highly recommend this location and especially Loren if you're looking for top-tier service and support!

Horrible new location the parking situation is terrible the atm machines are placed in a poor location you have to be careful with the shady homeless people walking up and down main street when you're using the ATM, to the suits behind the scenes who picked this location hopefully you'll do the right thing and move this bank where people can park for free and is more convenient. Who wants to drive around 4th Street for 10 min just to find parking to use the ATM ?

A terrible new location compared to Ross Street. Difficult parking and an ATM situation that would be uncomfortable on even the safest of streets. Here’s hoping the more people keep complaining about these same issues - which is clearly happening, seeing the recent reviews - the more seriously they will consider moving right along to a better spot. Can’t wait for the lame automatic reply from OCCU talking about some parking structure down the street.
