Easily the worst and most embarrassing customer service I've experienced, especially from the mortgage loan consultants. Staff have zero communication skills. I don't even leave reviews but the sheer lack of communication and accountability with staff had me ridiculously frustrated. Why does it take over a week to get a simple loan estimate despite me already providing a signed purchase contract? They don't communicate with you if there are any delays or if they're vacationing out of town; zero updates. Spend your time elsewhere.

I came into the branch to replace a lost card. I have two accounts. Instead of replacing my lost card, the teller cancelled my active card on the other account. Now I have to get two new cards and go through the process of changing everything tied to BOTH ACCOUNTS.

AND NOW OCCU DOESN'T LET YOU VERIFY A CARD FOR GOOGLE PAY OVER THE PHONE ANYMORE!

UPDATE: I went into the CU the following day and the teller was able to reopen the card they closed and they issued me a new card for the account I needed it for as well as helped me with Google Pay activation. Changing the review to 3 stars since they were able to resolve the issue, but it was frustrating that that happened in the first place.

OSCAR WENT ABOVE AND BEYON (as per usual)! Yesterday afternoon, my little sister had finally decided to sign up with OCCU! After days of breaking down all the awesome features OCCU such as the refer a friend program they have! (which give you $50 per friend you get to sign up) She was a little nervous and skeptical at first but when we first walked in OSCAR greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile! Which is actually insane!! I actually remember speaking to this kind gentleman 2 years ago when signing up with OCCU when my friend had referred me to them. And just as last time OSCAR broke everything down to my confused little sister. She mentioned to me that OCCU sounded amazing compared to all the other banks around that she was considering signing up for! Overall i did just want to mention that OSCAR's costumer service has not changed at all within the last 2 years that i have seen him. He continues to show patience and continues to go above and beyond! 100/10 service
