I attempted to reach out to this company as stated on Google is an insurance company. As well as being on the information on the insurance card to the person I was in a collision with. I called leaving a voice mail and no call back within 3 business days. I called again and the front desk Bethany answered. I attempted to make a claim and she states she cannot make a claim as they are a brokerage company and only are the middle man any claims I do regarding collision should be made with my insurance company. I asked if there were any other insurance names or numbers she could give me to call to make a claim as I was not the person who caused the accident she again said no that I must call my insurance to handle my claim. I had to call my insurance to then give them the same number I called her office from for them to call me back saying she gave them the correct number to the insurance I had been asking for in the beginning. I don't believe I'm the first one she has sent to go to use their main insurance rather than filing a claim with the insurance that should be paying.
