If I could add a negative 5 stars I would. This is the WORSE experience I have ever had with insurance. I have left at least 6 messages and no return call. I have been trying to cancel my policy for the past two months. I spoke with a lady morning this morning, she said that she is with the answering service and she can only forward a message.
DON'T GET INSURANCE with these people.

Awful they double billed my insurance plan - 3 times - i see they do it to other people - no one answers - the blame is always shifted. Literally the most incompetent American company i have ever worked with in my 10 yrs of running a business.

The crazy thing is it seems from the reviews they do this all the time!

I plan to contact state AGs and regulators as it seems like intentional fraud

I agree with most of the other comments NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Can you even call it terrible service when there is in fact NO SERVICE? They should be forced to close & have the policies transferred to another wholesaler at the request of the broker or client.

I have a policy with them and I cannot get a phone call returned. I wouldn’t use them I think they are out of business and not saying anything. Even the insurance company can’t reach them.

I wish we could put a negative review. We call them and email for weeks and they won't respond. They have lost our clients jobs and revenue numerous times. Department of financial services needs to get involved they are a lawsuit waiting to happen

terrible service takes over a month to receive a quote and even then its wrong. You call an underwriter and they cant ever help they say they will call you back but nothing been trying to get a quote for my insured since april

They don't return calls all we ever get is their answering service . We worked over 2 months to get refund and wound up contact the insurance company directly.
