Applying online was very simple. Eligibility requirements are clear, and I would say rather forgiving (at the time of me applying, the criteria allowed one at-fault accident if no there were no injuries).

An individual called me (Jessica, I believe) to review my application the next day after I submitted. She was very kind and spent roughly 15 minutes with me to review my details. Overall, my experience was positive. This individual was professional, courteous, and good with her time.

I'm very grateful that this program exists. It really helps those of us in need of it. Thank you very much for providing affordable state-required auto insurance.

I want to thank Alejandra at Pacific preferred insurance for helping me to get insurance on my car that I needed right away.
