I went to ship an envelope via FedEx (chosen from a google list of places open today). I arrived at 2PM to find the store closed (during posted business hours on the door) with a note stating they would return at 3:45?!?! I couldn't wait almost 2 hours to ship my package (it's also a work day), so I instead had to find a new location across town to ship.

Would not accept UPS package over 70lbs. Dirty store. Save your time and money, you can get much better shipping rates from online sources like Pirate Ship.

attempted to go here twice this week to ship a christmas gift and BOTH days they were closed with a hand written sign on the door. absolutely ridiculous. i will take my business to the real post office.

I buy and sell art, and coordinating packing and shipping is almost always a nightmare. I reached out to several of the suggested shippers on Bonham's Auction list and Pak Mail was super reasonable and attentive to my needs. My Mother had passed away this week and I was dreading dealing with unreasonable pack and ship stores, but Pak Mail was fantastic. Their quote was far less than the others, and the folks I was communicating with were very friendly and caring. I bid often with Bonhams, and going forward I will only use Pak Mail in Fitchburg.

Pakmail will not print out labels emailed to them or accept QR codes. A few times I've been denied my labels printed. Find somewhere else if you need the shipping label printed.

Great and friendly service for ups return I had to do.

8/2024 Update: Ron was awesome today, the website is in correct on Notary Services. However Ron told me to go to Rollstone bank and trust and I did and they were awesome. They did the notary services right away and then I came back to Ron at Pakmail and my FedEx got shipped right out!

The gentleman (I use the term loosely) is rude and condescending. Twice I have asked for stamps which he doesn't appear to sell. He has mimicked my accent. Therefore I conclude he is unprofessional in his conduct with customers.
