We met Miguel Palma at a big event where he talked to a large group of Realtors and Loan officers. He gave us advise how to improve our tax filing as professionals. He stated he never lost an IRS audit.
We got audited by the IRS. We double checked with another CPA and were told that our taxes where done incorrectly. Miguel never showed up at the IRS audit to represent us. That is how he claims he's never lost an audit. We had to pay a huge tax bill. Took us years to recover.
