She told me exactly when to cancel my old policy and got the new one in place, with proof of insurance sent over immediately. She also got me an excellent rate. After all, was said and done I was very impressed with State Farm. and how they treat their customers, clients, and third parties affiliates. I will have to admit, I was a little skeptical about Insurance Companies similar to how most of us are reluctant to trust politicians. But surprisingly State Farm made the process very simple and did stand up or step up to their promises. Well in repairing my car they did exceptionally well. I am not sure if I am just lucky to have gotten an outstanding representative, Mr David how he and his staff are always been there by answering all my questions, providing solutions, professionalism, and have gone above and beyond he 'call of duty in helping me. I recently changed my insurance agent from one in Williamsburg to Pam Franz in Yorktown because she was significantly closer and I couldn’t be happier. I met with Pam and Amy and they were the most congenital and friendly people I have ever met. They were extremely knowledgeable and made me feel as if we had known each other for years.
