Don't waste your time to try to living this ghetto. There are a lot of gang members, drug dealers, and illegal immigrants racist Mexican bad neighbors ; in addition, they are hanging out in the midnight speak aloud, 5 days a week never take rest. They are party every weekend. Terrible environment for living. The room so dirty, all around cockroaches, and the laundry machines always broken that they never fix it. I have been living here for 2 years. It's a terrible experience to me. I would rather spend a little more money rather than wasting my time in here.

I moved in here about 5 months ago, now i'm leaving since my lease is up. It's been terrible experience staying here. There's always loud music and people hanging out at night all week. The laundry machines are always broken, they will take your money and won't dry loads ,it happened 4 time to me in 5 months which is pretty annoying and sometimes someone else will park in your parking and be rude as well. I would rather spend little more to get a nice decent place then this cheap ghetto.

Terrible place and management. The interior has not changed for over 10 year. The apartments are connected in plumbing so if your neighbor has a plumbing problem, guess who’s going to suffer too, you. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live because this apt and company is complete t r a s h.

I lived for over 11 year now and resently in the 2 month period the Laundry is being out of order....... So dont rent here is not worth it..... When you ask the Landlord yoo fix call someone to repair them ignores you alot... Like we dont exist and he doesnt care..

honestly they are the worst apartments the manager and the maintenance people do not do their job recently they raised the price of the rent and washing machines but they do not care about remodeling the apartments that is sad if

I will never recommend this place to anyone. It's a horrible place to live. This place doesn't even deserve 1star. It deserve nothing. Incredible that they even raise the rent whilst they cant even maintain the place. Horrible horrible place and experience.
