I had great experience of applying mortgage loan with Park Place Funding and Real Estate Services. We heard Park Place through Radio broadcast and made an appointment with Mr. Mark Gallagher. He is very sincere and very experienced in financial analysis through generations of engagement in this field. After Mark understands our financial situation, he would make some construction suggestions for us to consider.
Once the process got stated, things were rolling smoothly. From the opening of the Escrow till the close of Escrow, it took about around a month. I am so grateful to Mark Gallagher and Park Place Funding for their kind patience in guiding me through my home’s Reverse Mortgage process which has allowed me to keep my home and breathe easy again. Prior to meeting Mark, I was absolutely overwhelmed. An investment I had put so much hope in had just suddenly shut down. I knew I could no longer hang onto my home and keep up with bills. Already exhausted, I felt paralyzed knowing I had to pack up my home with no clue as to where to go from there. I called him and he answered the phone himself and I went to his office to meet him. His office at that time was just down the street from where I live. It was only a couple months before he moved to his new office in Seal Beach. Even that seems like a God-gift to me, that he waited there for me to meet with him before he moved 30 miles away.
Mark explained everything about Reverse Mortgages and cleared up any doubts I’d had. It made so much sense to me and fit my situation as if it was designed for exactually what I was going through. And now, I not only get to still live in my home, another thing that makes me so gratefully happy is that when I leave this world, this home will still allow me something of value I can leave to my children.
