Last Friday (08/16/2024) I had the wonderful experience of changing my current car and home owner policies to State Farm. It started with a simple phone call to State Farm here in Silver City, NM where a very courteous young man, Pete, answered the phone. After getting some basic info from me, we made arrangements for me to go to their office. Once there, Pete introduced me to Harley O'Neal. Harley was terrific and helped my change from my current policies to State Farm and saved me money in the long run. I highly recommend State Farm. I won't name who I had been insured with but will say I was extremely disappointed in them. I never had a claim with them, but they were asking me to remove a doggie door to a shed on the property that has nothing to do with the value of the home. My bad, I should have gone with State Farm in the first place.

My family is moving to Silver City from Wisconsin and we need all new insurance policies. I sent an inquiry message through the website and Paul responded right away. He also added his team members to the message so we could get the ball rolling. Priscilla contacted me for more information and she was able to get me a policy the same day. Priscilla is so knowledgeable about Silver City and even gave me some information about the schools around town for my kids. Great customer service from Harley and Priscilla! Switched over from another agency here in town. The other agency treated me horribly and cursed when I went back to get some paperwork. I was going to keep a classic car withe the other agency. After I was mistreated and cursed at I decided to bring all my business to Paul Leetmae State Farm. Will be referring all my family and friends to State Farm Silver.
