They were unprofessionally dressed. Flip flops hair was unprofessional. Did not know how to answer questions. Meaning they were not aware of how to properly communicate information. They give out wrong prices. When they could just tell u the whole thing. AS IN YOUR WHOLE TOTAL! They play games on the phone. They don't answer the phone. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS ONCE SO EVER! NEVER COME TO THIS OFFICE.!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. NEED NEW MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THAT BUNCH.!!!!!

The owner of this establishment Bob Flor called me to do business at his company’s office. After signing a estimate and agreeing to a price he made a deposit and then we provided the service entirely. When we returned today to pick up our equipment and collect the balance he tried to haggle and barter with us stating he was only going to pay $250 and he didn’t think we did enough work to justify the price etc.. We used our equipment to show him there was still moisture in the walls that could be growing mold and dangerong his occupants and employees and even still he would not let us finish the drying because he thought in his mind he could save money. Before when we were finishing the cleanup service he offered to give our guys a tip and said the service was great not until he had to pay was there any problems. I would take my money elsewhere, if I was you, and do business with a good business man who honors His commitments. If this is how he conducts business personally I can only imagine how he sells insurance.

Great customer service!!!!!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!!! As most know, customer service can be difficult and challenging from both parties; Customers and Staff. It takes the community as well as the business to make the visit and service A-1. Customers cannot walk into an establishment of any kind with attitudes and or being impatient expecting a miracle. As with the staff they cannot expect every customer to be polite as the first. However, building a RAPPORT with one another will make a BIG difference to all that are a part of PEACH STATE INSURANCE. At the end of the day most people will walk out Satisfied and Assured of prompt service from both parties. Be mindful that everyone may experience a stressful or hectic day considering the mood you set as you begin your day.
