Terrible management. Be aware that you won’t be able to be in contact with them most of the time, not to mention their unprofessional behavior. We asked to end the lease, they stated that we couldn’t until we found a new tenant. We had to vacate the apartment due to an emergency so we thought we’d turn in the key so that they could have it. Now we owe $4,394. But it gets better, they never told us that the lease was ended. We intended to pay each month for our remaining lease, so when I went to pay for November, it showed all of these charges. They never let us know that we had charges and now we owe late fees due to their lack of communication. We messaged them and called them 2 months in advance to let them know we needed to end the lease and they never replied. Be careful with them.
Edit: I also think you guys may have confused us with someone else. We paid rent on time, never were late. We also were not evicted.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with this amazing company since 2018 for two very close family members who reside in properties managed by Peak. They have done so much that other property management companies would never have done. I deeply appreciate everyone there, from the front desk to the broker. Paid a $1,700 deposit to hold a rental. Ended up buying a house. Never signed the lease yet. Texted Sandra and informed her we no longer be needing the rental. No response. She deactivated my account. I called and left her a voice message, no response. I kept calling the office, no one answers.

Would Rent from again. In the 3 years I lived there Maintenance was Prompt, Management returned my Calls and addressed my Concerns and Mike Crawford was especially Helpful with anything I needed. Also they did Return my Full Deposit amount. I didn't do an extreme deep clean but made an effort and my full Deposit was given back as promised.
