BANK PRACTICES DISCRIMINATION & THEFT

This bank steals from its clients! Everyone is viewed as a number. Some clients are treated to extra services and understanding where fees are waived and others are robbed of their money.I have seen an old drunk talk $75 worth of overdraft fees back into his account all while the following week a single mom is crying trying to get over $100 worth of overdraft fees to feed her kids and she is told there is nothing they can do!

This is a disgraceful practice. I personally go here to cash checks for my business. I’m glad that I do not put my money at this bank they are Blatantly discriminating against their clients!

I will be filing your complaint with the mass DOB as well as the consumer financial protection bureau!

Representatives that help you open your account talk a good game just for you to open the account with them they do NOT look out for your best interest. They push u way or keep passing on your questions since they havr no real answer for it. So disappointing

I have been with this bank since 2018 and I use to like them but that has changed. The customer service is always good for a busy bank. I have been getting frequent calls about fraud activity on my debit cards with purchases made by me at the same places I always use them. this has never happened before and they do not have any answers to why it keeps happening. I know they are trying to protect me, but it is ridiculous at this point. I am going to look into this again before finding a new bank. If this issue is not fixed I will have to find a new bank this does not happen with. If you are looking to open accounts here I would not, who know what information can be compromised with this bank.

Their $34 overdraft fee is ridiculous!!!! And they don't even give you a day or 2 to try and pay back what you overdraft on. I have called to see if they can work something out, my husband has called to see if they can work something out. But nope! 😒 With me and my husband and one of my kids, we have a total of 3 accounts with them, been with them for a couple of yrs, have recommended this bank to friends and family. My Dad was with them for 10+yrs, but times have definitely changed! The ladies who have picked up my calls, are almost always rude, and not understanding that things can happen at times. Did they care? NOPE.. didn't care to help out an old customer. So we are already looking for a new bank. I'm done with the ridiculous overdraft fees! I'm done with this bank.

Rude bank teller shouts my income from my direct deposit loud enough so the whole place would hear. I suffer from chronic migraines and my vision blurs, making it hard to see the large printed bank statement. I know these times are hard, but a little patience and kindness go a long way.

Have never had any issues with them. Usually very courteous and wanting to help, including getting useful information and timely assistance

Please hire more tellers for busy weekends. Come on now, work flow management should not be this hard.
