Had insurance from them for about 5-6 years no complaints 25 bucks a month wasn’t much, got a letter saying monthly was going up to $96, I called to remove full coverage, for a new $12 a month plan, since bike is paid. Ignored my request and charged me $96 dollars after I specifically said I wanted to cancel that policy. Very rude on the phone, keep the $96 and this review, work on your renewal process and make sure people agree before you start quadrupling a monthly payment 5 years after it was agreed upon, without consent, even after I called, no courtesy call, no follow up, nothing.

I immediately was pleased with how fast and professional this insurance company is. I spoke with Peter about insurance coverage for an LSV golf cart in Florida and he sent over a quote within a half hour. It was a very reasonable amount and purchased the policy from him. I requested a quote for both my home and auto insurance online. However, I only received a quote for my auto insurance, which was essentially useless since they didn’t bother to check my driving record. Additionally, I never received any response regarding my homeowners insurance. With no tickets in 40 years and 24 years in the same home with the same company, I expected better follow-up—but unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

I hope you are not suggesting I made this up, please see your attached text qoute.
