We have repeatedly attempted to explain to Chris Hayworth and Phoenix Financial Group that we already have representation and will not be in need of anything they have to offer. I had actually ruled them out about three years ago because of their aggressive marketing tactics. Now here we are years latter and we are still being continually bombarded by the rude and aggressive calls and emails. Can someone please explain to me how anyone in a customer service orientated business would continue to harass my staff and personnel now that they have been told in no uncertain terms that we will definitely not be employing their services? At this point it's just harassment.

Overly aggressive and they will not listen to me. Do your research but everything I found is you are better off dealing with the IRS on your own. These guys charge in the neighborhood of $10,000 to do the same thing you can do. From my research the IRS know you are spending $10,000 for theses guys to spend a couple hours negotiating with them when you could have spend that on the taxes that you owe so the IRS is that much less likely to work with you. If you are legitimately in a bad position with the IRS as we are the IRS is more than reasonable to work with. They have some strict requirements but if you can show you are trying to work with you they will work with you.

Have told them to take me off their call list dont wont there loans and they still call 3 times a day while i'm trying to help customers and cant understand what their saying then hang up on you.
