I do business with Piedmont Triad Insurance, primarily because their staff in general, and Jennifer Corson, in particular, is competent, responsive and helpful and secondarily, because their products are well priced with great features and benefits. I tend to be an impatient person so I am also grateful that the office is organized to ensure I get a very quick response regardless of whether my primary account manager is available.
Every aspect of dealing with this company has been positive. I insure my home and ten cars with them.
