Every time I go to this location I know all of my questions will be answered. I appreciate the patience and knowledge that Miss Taharra always provides me with. I had an awesome experience today on 3/10/2023 with Kanesha. She was very friendly and made my banking process smooth. She was very knowledgeable with answering my questions. Whenever I come to Pinnacle I always leave satisfied. The employees deserve a raise. The manager Shawanda is amazing as well and shows great leadership skills. I will be referring more people to bank with Pinnacle.

Kinesha had a pleasant tone, was personable and very patient! I needed to call back in with more information so she ensured that I had her direct number.
