Today I received the fastest and most professional assistance from both Tamika and Jenny! They carefully listened to my area of concern and quickly identified a solution for me. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! Lastly, their positive attitudes and customer focused mindset really made me feel taken care of. Even though it was the end of the day and 45 minutes before closing, I was treated like the first customer of the day; amazing! I left with my concern quickly resolved and a few laughs mixed in. Tamika and Jenny have set the bar for P.V.C.U. associates throughout the company!

How are you going to hold a person responsible for something they didn't do. An employee deposits money in someone's account and your holding that person responsible to pay for the employees mistake. I would never use or refer someone to this credit union

I’m a long time member and have always had excellent service here. Throughout the years, all staff have been kind, courteous, professional, and always up for a good laugh! Most recently, Jenny helped me over the course of several months with some personal financial matters which under different circumstances could have been extremely stressful. However, her advice, customer service, and conversations made this experience easy and enjoyable! A big thank you to her and everyone there for all their help and I look forward to working with them in the future.

DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNION!!! I’ve been a member over 30 years, and the last 2 loan requests got denied for ridiculous reasons!!! I’ve burrowed a bunch of money over the years and always paid back every penny!!! Not sure what there looking at these days, but obviously not member history… I would give them less than 1 star but can’t!!!

I signed up for a new bank account today with temiekia hall she was amazing her customer service was spectacular an above a beyond excellent. I’m so glade i made the right choice coming here an getting a bank account. Definitely recommend coming here an opening an account you won’t be disappointed at all.

I have been a member for over 10 years
and had a difficult situation to resolve and Jenny took the time to set up the accounts needed to solve my problem. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to both her and PVCU. They truly care about their customers.

I’m sitting here presently in Pioneer Valley credit union closing my accounts. Why? Of course I feel like it’s a mistake but for the past month or more my money have hostage 😝. So a few things I did go negative for a few months due to temporary financial issue. Since than ive deposited money. I go to utilize my card and no go I’m back and forth with them telling them my issue… I have even gotten three brand new cards and issue still isn’t fixed. Sooo here I am closing these accounts and no one is taking accountability for this issue.
