I've been a customer with PJ Lombardo for about 8 years or so. I've never had a bad experience. Nicole, who is one of the agents, is amazing. She goes above and beyond whenever I have questions, concerns, or needs to renew my policies. Nicole just makes it easier when it comes to dealing with insurance/policies. All employees I have encountered over the past 8 years are friendly, easygoing, and ready to help. Dan helped us find a cheaper car insurance rate and was very responsive during the entire process. We saved about $1000 on our new policy.

Update 2/6/25: I worked with Tina recently as I purchased a second car and the entire process was seamless. The office has runners that will go to the RMV for you making the days of waiting in line for an eternity a thing of the past! I have had two very positive experiences with this agency and plan to continue to be a customer for any future policies I may need.

Unfortunately we just had a claim as a new client, same day we reported the incident, we were contacted by the company's adjuster and they took over from there! Workers Comp is usually not an easy process. Ryan and Dan are the best and put us with a great carrier!
