I cannot praise this company enough. I have hired them twice, for two projects, at two locations in Santa Rosa. Both times they were extremely helpful, went out of their way to make sure everything was correct, charged reasonable fees, and were able to service my needs within a week or two of asking for help. I have had extremely bad experiences with other firms, but I am not going to blast them on Google. This is a good one.

I hired them for a geotechnical investigation, including drilling, etc., and a legalization of an existing structure (required inspections plus a pacometer test).

I cannot remember everyone's name who helped me, but I know that Mike is top notch. My permit for legalization was going to expire and he got someone out to my property at the drop of a hat.

I cannot express my dissatisfaction with PJC and Associates enough. Our family has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and this is the first negative review of a sub-contractor. Not only did they delay the project for months with poor scheduling, but the produced reports did not accomplish what we discussed in the beginning. We were unable to use anything they provided, and ended up firing them from the job and hiring another company to start over on their work.

TWO YEARS later, PJC reached out to us to collect a payment that was missed. I explained the lack of service, our dissatisfaction, and the fact that they were fired from the job and I requested that they reconsider the final invoice since they produced nothing that was used for the project. The response was no, the bill is due in full.

On top of being unable to do the work required, they seem to have little to no care to have a happy customer. We paid our invoice in full, but will never do business with PJC again, and we suggest whoever is reading this be very cautious of using a company like this.
