The staff here is friendly, I'll give them that but if you don't have the man/women power to manage the customers then stop making appointments you can't handle. It's frustrating that even with an appointment you still have to wait until they finish the 2 appointments they are behind in. I will definitely not be coming here and would highly advice going elsewhere. My family has been customers here for well over 7 years. This year will be the last. Stop letting greed ruin your excellent service you once had.

Although I was recommended this place they were a complete nightmare. Maria and Esmeralda were both unprofessional yet they charged me $849 dollars. They wouldn't even call me back to go over my taxes. But gladly took my money. I would never recommend this place. Go elsewhere for your tax needs.

This is our first year completing our taxes here and the experience was phenomenal. I was able to drop off receipts and they took. Are of it all. I thought it would be super expensive but the bookkeeping and the filing was reasonable. We look forward to keep doing business in the future.

They are wonderful... always make an appointment because they stay busy during tax season, which is always good. Elva did my taxes for 2 years, always got me back a wonderful amount within my return. They do not charge an arm and a leg like block or Hewitt does. Refer a friend!!!

So glad we chose to get our taxes done here. It was so easy and stress free! They took care of everything very quick. We did our taxes virtually, I believe I spoke to Esmeralda, she was very kind and professional! Thank you.

Every year I do my taxes at this place and they are very good at it. This year unfortunately we had the worst experience. Staffing is horrible they take so long to file your taxes and they can’t blame Covid for this because they could make it works they take so many people at a time and make you wait hours. Also we had to wait 2 hours to get our final paper work done and the person helping us file it didn't go trough our stuff she forgot several things. They were better off before they partnered with HR block. You are better off filing it somewhere else this year and I know people who filed them their this year and their experience was the same will not be going back for future help.

Beware of the owner Lupita. She is not just an incompetent tax business owner. She will threaten you when mistakes are made and you are the one to deal with steep tax fees issued by the IRS. She is a thug wanna be type. Rude, foul, and extremely incompetent. Be careful. She had the nerve to threat my family too. I will have police investigate into her background. Be really careful with this woman. Not to be trusted. Do not share your info with her.

My parents have always been doing there taxes here seen what I remember and I started to do my taxes and had done them here now for two years and I have always felt well wormed welcome and they have answered all my questions.
