This experience has been one of the most challenging in my entire career. From the beginning of my policy, it became evident that the company was not effectively managing their responsibilities. A lack of communication between them, the insurance provider, and the financing company resulted in a financial loss of $30,000 within a six-month period.

If you are considering commercial insurance, I strongly advise avoiding this company. Their lack of expertise and inability to properly handle critical aspects of the process demonstrate a level of inefficiency that can lead to significant financial and operational challenges.

Found new insurance with same coverage for 1/2 the price they are charging me. Called cancel and they are trying to
Tell me I own $122.86. I asked my agent and billing when to when did my payment cover and neither could give me an answer.
Well then where did the $122.86 come from.
If you have this company I would suggest you check others you are over paying for deceptive practices . Thank God I never needed to put in a claim with them. Could only imagine the run around and jokes they make while we struggle to survive.
