Worst roadside assistance service I have ever experienced, actually it still hasn’t got here since 2:30 pm, actually 2:00 pm if I add the long winded automated AI answering service, it’s 7:35 pm now and all I have heard are lies and excuses. I Wish I Nerver Renewed with Progressive, I will be going back to Insuring With Geico!

Carried insurance with them for 4 years. Never had a claim but premiums continually went up. Due to cost this past June, I changed companies. Called to inform them on June 1st that I could not be renewing with a cancelation date of June 30th. They still charged my account for renewal. I called a 2nd time to tell them I had already insured with another company. They advised that I was due a refund and a check would be issued but that it could take up to 3 weeks to receive. Been almost fout week and still no refund check. I am extremely disappointed with Progressive. And when I called to inform thst I would not be renewing the rep was very rude.

When I join two cars for 6 months for 241 now the renewal went up to 295 64.00 more why just to get you in the door

Between the constant threats of sending a $30 balance ( its for the device they send you, it was sent back weeks ago still get collection threats.) Rather not deal with these people at all. If you are looking for insurance just go with someone else.

Quoted under the recommended limits for VA at 700. I was then told my limits needed to be changed (by mail). THEN told me I needed to send proof of my old insurance or my bill would increase by $330.

I cancelled service with them after less than 2months because of this and almost got charged 3months of payments. A 2nd tier customer service person was able to help me get charged for less than 2 months (that's why I gave 2 instead one 1 star), but I already didn't like the experience with them and moved on to a different insurance provider.

This is the worst car insurance I have ever had in my life. I would not recommend it. I don't knock the rest of you if you love it. I will not refer any of my family or friends. Back to geico I go.

You have auto accidents and not at all at fault and John talks to customers so rude and disrespectful and when you ask for a supervisor he lies and says he's the supervisor. I will be leaving this company A.S.A.P‼️ Learn how to treat your customers.

I had to get coverage for a vehicle that was almost brand new and for some unforeseen reason my insurance was roughly around high 300 borderline 400 which is insane as they kept raising my rate due to my home of residences with zero communication to me about doing that and was quite unhappy with my insurance change because I’d come back and they’d raise it again without giving me prior knowledge although they give you quite a few premiums none of which were worth that price.
