They are terrible and very shady! I live in Magnolia Springs and we aren’t allowed to park in front of our own homes! If you do they will tow your car without any warning. If you have guests over and they park in front of your house, they will get towed as well. They have a tow truck that comes in twice a week to randomly tow cars. Also, they have not provided any guest parking. Don’t use this company!!!! They do not care about the home owners!!!

This company is currently managing D.R. Horton Magnolia Springs community in Charles Town. When we initially moved in over the summer, we were told street parking was allowed. They later sent a letter saying anyone parked on the street would be towed, but didn't provide an alternative for guest parking. Richard Sussman suggested that we ask to park in neighbors' driveways instead of parking on the street.

They're supposed to provide a 24-hour heads up as per the rules, but instead they send in a random tow truck to remove our neighbors' cars. They charge $60 each month just to hassle us about our trash cans, yet they don't even give back to the community. They're just the worst.

they basically dont care about what the community thats paying hoa needs, they contracted a towing company that will show up 2 times a week, will tow cars parked in front of our houses, they wont give people a notice to just move the cars, in the magnolia springs community we domt have any visitors parking, must of us have more that 2 cars, our driveways are not long enough to park them all in the driveway, they wont listen to what people in the community needs, they wont post signs of no parking, but they will let you a notice when you didnt finish cutting your grass the same day because the battery of your mower was with no charge, they dont take care of the community, BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AS AN HOA
