The staff themselves are wonderful. I have NOT had a single bad encounter with them.

That being said, the online banking aspect sucks. Actually, it "sucking" is me being polite. It's far worse than I'm making it out to be.

Continuous "security" locks and holds on your card. My application refused to work and this is the best part; I got a letter telling me that they were sending me a new card due to a breach in security. I get the new card and immediately I knew something was wrong. I already had a charge on the card before I even activated it. I had to go to the bank and get a third card.

Recently again I'm having repeated issues with them locking my card for no apparent reasons.

Conclusion; The staff is wonderful, the system is a joke.

Stacia and all of her staff at the Blythe branch have always had the customer first mind set. You and I know of too many businesses in town that show little compassion and work at telling you why they can’t help instead of finding a solution that you’re happy with. God willing, I’ll be leaving the area, moving closer to family soon. I had to say thank you all for being here before I go.
