Erika Hernandez is the leasing specialist who handled out rental application. I found her to be fast, reliable, consistently responsive, very knowledgable and going above and beyond to help. I had indicated we wanted our lease to begin as soon as possible and in response she called me at the very end of her business day to help finalize one part of our application for fast processing. This may seem simple, but Erika could have waited until the next day to contact me. This may seem like a simple or small act but it had a huge impact on my family to know we are getting into this rental as soon as possible.

She provided superior service and clearly takes pride in what she does. She kept us informed regularly and was able to quickly secure a qualified tenant. I went with a family member to a viewing of a property she had scheduled. They received instructions via text to send the serial number of the lock box and they would send a code to enter. We arrived 2 minutes early and sent the message. There no reply. We waited 20 minutes with still no reply. After multiple calls and many text messages there was no response. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time. I would never recommend this company to manage my properties with the way they treat possible applicants.

The only reason there is one start is cause I could not leave it blank . This is one of the worst property management companies EVER!!!! The application fee $54.00 is freaking crazy . That should of been my first clue that this company is a joke !!!!!! Not one good thing to say about PURE PROPERTY , THE LACKK OF COMMUNICATION ... THEY SUCK
