Ivan went above and beyond to help me out with my Covered California account. He described each plan patiently and with every minuet detail. Made me feel confident choosing which plan is the most convenient for me! Also, he went out of his way continuing to help me over the phone, even after they closed at 5pm (helped me 10-15 min after they closed)!
