RC Fischer is a great company. The customer service is terrific. They go out of their way to work for the customer and their best interest. I feel like I have an advocate on my side especially when I’ve had a tough claim. We have our auto, home and non profit through them. They can handle it all. Juanita Lerma is particularly helpful. Absolutely awesome to work with - and VERY fast and efficient. We were dropped by our fire insurance (FYI as is often the case in bay area hills).. definitely a nerve-wrecking process - but Juanita and Diane were there to save the day!! They clearly really care about providing amazing service and put my worries to rest. I have thanked my lucky stars several times recently having this company and our agent Diane Kaplowitz take care of our insurance needs. Becoming clients of Fischer's was part of an updating project of our estate and personal administration. That part alone was fantastic service, feeling like we received proffessional and custom advice.
