Usually they are spot on, but today the employees didn't know how to put a title in someone's name if paperwork was done with a power of attorney. I had to go to Best Buy insurance to get it done. This is something I have been doing a few times a year for 27 years at R.L.Jones. I will go to Best Buy from now on.

Mediocre experience. Wasn't awful, wasn't great. I went ahead and called before showing up and the woman said something intelligible. I said "Hello," met no response, and kept repeating until they hung up on me. Very well, I drove and showed up and they attended me immediately. I made a comment of how the car was for leisure and they made comments of "must be nice." Yes, it is. I've been broke but went to school and studied and work hard, so I feel I've earned myself a little toy, didn't need negative input. The older lady that attended me was more cool but the other young one who was presumably the one bumping Ludacris in the background was giving the customer she was attending a hard time. Not quite rude, but short, curt answers. Like I said: mediocre. Nothing great but not the worst.

Don't mess around going to other places the staff here is really knowledgeable. I went to other places and just got the run around and was almost ripped off. The service here is very much worth the convenience fee. Time is money, I highly recommend this place. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Fast, Professional Service, Explained everything well and answered all my questions. I did have to wait 40 mins outside but it's not a big deal considering that I came on a Friday at 4pm... which I assume is one of their busier times.

Great insurance rates and discounts for multiple car policies. A friend recommended this place when I first moved to Yuma two years ago. The agents are very nice and are happy to serve, and answer any questions to the best of their knowledge. They also provide MVD services and notary. I highly recommend it.

The staff do try to help, unfortunately the DMV doesn't know what they're doing so they are basically left to clean up their mess. Reply: the staff was great, it was the Arizona Dept of Lisencing that had no clue and gave me the wrong info, the people at RL Jones figured it out and fixed it for me. Theres no problem with your business

Went to the DMV today and was told we needed an appointment and couldn't be seen until a month from now. So we went to RL Jones and they were very professional, knowledgeable and polite! I would go back to RL Jones again over the DMV.
