If you like frustration, this service is for you. I would give it zero star if I could. Tammy, the one in charge, never answers the phone or return messages. Don't trust your loved ones with this business. You'd be better off going somewhere else. As I read comments, it looks like I'm not the only one.

If I could give a zero Stars I would. This place is incredibly rude and unprofessional! They are used to and will speak to their clients in an unprofessional manner, with a rude condescending tone as if scolding a small child. What a bunch of clowns! They need to be shut down immediately. When asked to be polite, they throw a tantrum and threaten to hang up and then they do. All for being asked to speak polite and professional. They refuse to answer phone calls during certain times of the month and have made customers wait over a month for a return phone call. They refused to answer questions out right. They're unprofessional manner in actions have directly resulted in financial issues for their clients. This will be reported to the better Business bureau immediately. They have withheld information purposely and intently to disrupt someone's financial State. If you are even thinking about going with this company don't turn go the other direction

The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. No respect. Condescending. Misrepresentation of my son's funds. Never showed any documentation. Does not answer or return phone calls or inquiries. A total sham. Social security was reprimanded for recommendating her and she is being investigated. I was told by social security for keeping funds of a deceased client. Please if you can. Run the other way of this sham.

Deanna does not return phone calls. Apparently doesn't read fax documents. Has either lost or misplaced or ignored 2 lease contracts faxed to her. Disgraceful. If you even read these reviews, please call me ASAP. Thank you.

you know everyone that is disabled and on ssi ssa ssdi if you have a payee that is being a jackas* and wasting your time straight and to the point contact the bbb and get em good and legally if they think im stupid guess again if they waste my time or steal my money heres the bbb fbi etc
