Randy Roman and his staff have provided us with excellent service for decades. First with our car insurance, for myself, my wife, and our children as they became licensed drivers.
We have, on occasion, needed to file a claim for our vehicles and have always received swift service and our vehicles were repaired in a timely fashion.
We also have used their services for homeowners and earthquake insurance. Their rates are competitive and have given us peace of mind knowing we were protected.
Finally, as a small business owner, State Farm also provides me with Worker's Comp and Business Liability insurance coverage.
Randy and his executive assistant, Jennifer Zelaya, have demonstrated a strong desire to meet all of insurance needs. They have always answered our questions and have helped us choose the best policies to meet our needs; have processed any claims efficiently; provided certificates of insurance promptly; updated us on any changes that need to be made - all the while making it clear that they are there to serve our needs.

My family and I have had Randy as our insurance agent for more years than I could remember. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about what type of insurance is best for you and your situation. In my experience, he is not in the business of selling unnecessary products or trying to "get one over on you." I find him to be very trustworthy and to respond quickly if you aren't able to reach him the first time. Another plus is he answers the phone himself as well which gives me the feeling that he is involved in his business and wants to make a good impression on his customers. I wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone looking for an insurance agent.

For over 12 years Randy has been our State Farm agent for both our autos and home. He has always answered all of our questions politely and promptly. About 10 years ago our son's car was stolen. The case was expedited to immediately get him a car for school and work. More recently, my husband's golf clubs were stolen and again service was quick in getting him back out on the course. Whether it has been in "crisis" mode, wanting to update information, or get questions answered , he has responded quickly. He knows the insurance business and we got a good rate by consolidating all of our insurance needs.

Worst experience ever! My agent who was awesome left state farm so another agent was chosen for me. During our first conversation ever instead of listening to what i was trying to say he had to be absolutely right and refused to listen so i said you know what forget it i will find another insurance company. Instead of leaving well enough alone he decided to harass me the today with an email to push the point and make it clear that he was right instead of making sure he didn't lose a customer. He also made it clear he was in control of my insurance and it would be his way or none. Well sorry to say no one is in control of my insurance but me and what i choose to do with it is my decision and only my decision.
