We've been with Ray and Allstate for about 15 years. When we've needed to file a claim, Allstate has been responsive and helpful. I'm relatively satisfied with the service (it's one of those things you don't need until you need it, then your really need it). I have two autos, three motorcycles, and a home insured with Allstate, and I am concerned about how my rates have been increasing over the last two years (more than our crazy inflation rates). I've already moved one of my older vehicles over to competitor who is offering similar coverage at about half the cost. If their service proves to be comparable to Allstate's, we'll start moving our other vehicles over and perhaps our homeowners insurance in the next cycle.

I have been a customer for 8 years and I had a horrible encounter with the owner today. Never have I seen someone’s customer service incredibly rude, but also degrading.

I was coming to cancel my insurance (probably why he was pissed) and after presenting my declaration page from another insurance he would not return my paperwork and even threatened that he would call the police after stating that I need my paperwork back. He degraded me by throwing down a $100 bill when I explained that another insurance had more coverage and cost less.

Trang (within the company) was who I originally worked with and loved, but this encounter with the owner solidified that I will never return here.

Looking at other reviews I thought “everyone has bad days”, but when scrolling I see him berating other people as well

Ray really knows just about everything. He is a wealth of knowledge, but has a consistent track record for excellence. I get to meet with Ray almost every week, and I can assure you he is of the highest quality in his field. His agency is refection of him and they will make sure you are taken excellent care of especially in the event you have to use your insurance

Ray is a wealth of information about insurance products. He emphasizes communicating with his clients to better understand what they need since sometimes they do not even know what kinds of products are out there to help them save money or be better insured. Everyone in Ray’s office is very responsive. I had an urgent request for a certificate of insurance, and Trang handled the request by the time I came home from running an errand! Ray has a great personality making the business of researching and purchasing insurance a little less painful. Thank you!

***Avoid doing business with this place***

I waited a few weeks to write this review. I wanted a level head.

After years of being with Allstate and Ray Manfredi, we got tired of it. The lack of response and treating us like we were bothering them when asking something. They were happy to take our money and keep pushing things that we told them we were not interested in.

When we did cancel and leave, I called to get details about a refund. I was then talked down to by Ray. Mind you this was the first time I was able to get him on the phone in two years. I got to the point talking with Ray I lost my temper and had to tell him to do his job.

After we have completely got away from him, he sent an email to our new insurance company telling them they don't know how to do business and were acting illegally.

Ray has always taken care of our insurance by doing yearly reviews at an amazing price. This office truly cares about their customers and I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Our family have been loyal customers of Mr. Manfredi's agency for over 20 years. A couple weeks ago, my mother needed to make a last minute payment for one of our policies, so she visited the office to ensure it was handled ASAP.

Because of a recent throat surgery, my mom sometimes has trouble being understood. She was trying to clarify an apparent pricing error with the front desk (her paperwork was showing one price, but she was being asked to pay a different amount), and because of her speech issues was having trouble getting the point across. Understandably, this can frustrate her at times.

During the discussion, Ray Manfredi himself came out from his office and started berating my mother, even going as far as calling her a bad driver (she has never filed a single claim in all those 20+ years), and kicked my mother, a cancer survivor, out of "his" office.

I assume Mr. Manfredi jumped to conclusions, and attributed her speech impediment to drugs or alcohol. I would encourage Mr. Manfredi to take a minute to *listen* and try to understand the issue, and not make such quick judgments about his customers.

All that being said, Javan at the office did a great job helping me get my renter's insurance policy this summer, which we will be taking with us to State Farm.

Courteous and knowledgeable office and team members, always helpful when asked. Most importantly, almost immediate response when you need them. Also, Ray and his team are alway ready to assist, at all times, even when there is no obvious benefit for them. I wish I could replicate Ray and his team in my new state.
