My family was moved into a roach recovering house and was told that treatments would continue every month to maintain it. They stopped treating it after 3-4 months and it got so infested that my family got extremely depressed and could barely live in it, not to mention some of my family is allergic to roaches. They also told us that they would work with us to get the last of our stuff out, but because we didn’t do it in their span of crunch time that we stated we struggled with (as a disabled autistic family), they trashed the last of our things and put an eviction under our credit scores after telling us that they wouldn’t. Not to mention we were consistently being told one thing, and a whole different thing being the case. 3697 is still roach infested btw, don’t recommend, especially if you’re disabled or have kids.

The property manager is unreasonable and will not accommodate on any issues. They left their property in unlivable condition and expected the tenants to continue living in it. They also lie a lot and do things behind the tenant’s back. Hands down would not recommend. EVER.

Rented with my sister and they are terrible. They do not communicate well with residents. Multiple times our water or half the electricity to the house has been cut off without notice. I have an infant daughter and they cut off half the electricity with no notice on a below freezing night. Also Roach infested. Terrible would not recommend!!!

We rented our first home from them years ago and they were great! Then later we rented a 2 buildings from them and Paige Ward was absolutely great to work with. We had a very good experience with Mr. Ward and Beckley Rentals. I highly recommend them!

I've rented 4 properties from Beckley Rentals and they are all well maintained and the staff is super friendly. I pay on their online portal but I think you can pay at places like Walmart and Walgreen if you need to use cash. Super attentive when I had a light that quit working and always professional. Definitely a diamond in the ruff in the Beckley area.

Great lunch. We had shrimp scampi, spaghetti and meatballs, ziti al forgot and strawberry cream cake. Our server was a wonder young man. Very friendly and accommodating.

We drove an hour and a half into another state and took time off of work to view a house that we were told needed minor repairs. Upon arrival, we could look inside the home through the gaping hole in the back door. You could clearly see that the house was not even in a livable condition. Floors were falling through, entire windows were falling out, the outside had more trash than a junk yard. I would absolutely not recommend this company!
