3.8 Stars review is too high!
Be prepared for terrible arrogant service. Really unbelievable! Called several insurance quotes today and RDS was just disgusting people! Strongly suggest you seek a reputable service elsewhere!

I have had my auto and homeowners coverage with RDS Insurance Brokers for more than 10 years, and during that entire time I have been treated with the greatest of respect as a customer. Two years ago my wife and I were unlucky enough to have a major homeowners claim involving water damage and mold, and in spite of that, we were still treated with respect and sympathy for our problem by everyone. On top of that, just a few months ago we received our new 6 month auto premium billing from Mercury Insurance Co., the same company that RDS had my homeowners with, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a $200 reduction in our 6 month premium. That's what we call loyalty from our broker and our insurer.
