Worst customer service ever. Said she'd have to do a 2 week application and would have to do this background check on everyone living in the house. I truly have never had such a terrible experience in my 64 years". I was just trying to buy insurance for heaven sakes. Terrible experience !!! Wow ! I went to Adrianas Insurance and had the best experience ever and got Insurance today no problem.

Like many of you, our neighbors, we were critically affected with the home insurance debacle that the industry has placed California homeowners in this year. When our former insurer increased our premium 9-fold without notifying us, we scrambled to try to find a new insurer, with difficulty. Thank goodness, when Elizabeth at Brad Glassco State Farm found she couldn't help, referred us to Jodie Lewis at Gillmore Insurance. Jodie solved all our problems IN A FEW HOURS (yes, the very same day, and that was a Friday!). Fantastic service, AND the premium was, surprisingly, favorable! Amazing company. Darlene is so kind and thorough. She works so hard to get what is best for you. One insurance fell through after they said they would cover my house and Darlene quickly got me another one in perfect time. This is the most reliable company.

I am Thankfull for Jodie at Gilmore Insurance. Nationwide canceled our homeowners policy because of the area we live in was now considered hazardous for fires. I was going to get a quote from AAA and decided to stop at Gilmore. Within minutes Jodie was able to find us the coverage we needed and we got a quote for the same coverage plus equipment (fridge/ac repair) for cheaper. Jodie saved me $300 off the bat and immediately sent my loan company the declaration they needed. Such a great and quick service. I will definitely be recommending Gilmore to our friends and family.

Jodie showed me what an insurance agent really should be! Being a local hometown girl she not only knows the area but also the best company to place you with. I unfortunately moved away and I miss her guidance. We had 3 homes and new teen aged drivers when we lived there. I cannot recommend her enough!

I really don't like giving negative review. Each time I call this company, I'm assisted by someone (I think her name is Jody) not at all trained in customer service. Im not sure if she's the owner, but either way, if you're running a business and dealing with customers, I believe you should at least be nice (since customer service is lacking) to the customers on the other line. She kept interrupting me as I try to speak and I hate to say, she's just plain out rude, in more than a couple of occasions. Maybe hire someone who's trained in customer service ?
