This is a great insurance company. The office is very professional. I have met with the agent Kevin and he made me feel welcome and part of the family. Kevin has a wealth of information, experience and listens to what my family needed. Unethical. The agents at this company make changes to policies and do it without notifying all parties on the policy. When I spoke to Andrew, he tried to say he did nothing wrong, or unethical. If I would not have noticed the chngee in my policy it would have terminated without my knowledge.
