the company repeatedly billed me even though I was not using their service for several months. they waited 9 months to claim that I owe them nearly $600 and then they take it out of my account without notice.

they took every opportunity they could to deduct money from my account, including including not processing my service termination for 90 days.

they steal from small companies because they think they can get away with it.

Tess Tatrai of redwood was my case worker and I paid them for 4 years of 450 a month. They were hired to reconsolidate of my credit cards to one payment and talk to my card companies to do all this and build my credit back up. They had me stop paying my cards instantly which I did. Well long story here but I did everything the asked and the card companies started seeing me and garnished my check at work. When I called Tess she said that I had to file BK. Please people don’t use these people they robbed me and I had to file BK it was a mess. All she did was call me on the first of the month and tell me everything was going great. It was a 5 year plan for all this and we never made it to the end cause all my cards sued me and won. If I could give neg stars they would get one. Please don’t get screwed by her like I did.

Just got off the phone with Theresa. Problem solved even Redwood isn't my company's merchant service. This is why they are 5 star instead of 3 star.
