When we were ready to sell our home, Chris was the first person we contacted. He had already sold 3 previous homes for us in the last 7 years, and earned our repeat business over and over again. He set us up with a landscaper within days to help the appeal of our home, provided relevant market info to help us determine list price, and it was definitely on the mark as we received an offer the first weekend the listing went active. Throughout the negotiations Chris professionally represented us with the buyer's agent, and ensured we were able to receive fair market value and get the 30-day rent back that we needed while we found our next home.

In finding our new home, both Chris and Theo were extremely patient with us when we kept adding more homes to our list to view. We never felt rushed or pressured to put an offer on a place. Although as soon as we did find THE home, Chris was on it! Submitted our offer within an hour, lined up inspections within a day of the offer being accepted, and the most unbelievable part was what Chris did to help us completely renovate the home BEFORE our move-in 30 days later. Chris has a list of reliable contractors and vendors he has built relationships with. He lined up appointments for estimates (flooring, countertops, HVAC, windows and more), met them at the vacant home, with no obligation on our end to use his people. We did however use most of them to complete the work to make the home exactly what we want. It was evident that Chris enjoyed this and wanted us to be happy with the end result. Chris is much more than an agent, he went above and beyond, and we are forever grateful.

Chris is very connected in the greater Sacramento area and knowledgeable with all things home and real estate related, but above all he is very personable and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him and his team for both selling and buying your homes. He is our forever agent!
