Friendly, Caring, Helpful, Encouraging…you can feel the positive attitude from everyone in the building. Nicole, the receptionist, is a joy to encounter.
This office really projects the feeling of a happy workplace of employees who want to be there. I left feeling that my medical issues mattered to them & they would do everything possible to resolve them.

Went in for an office visit, gave my insurance, they took it and said everything was good to go. Turns out they didn’t take my insurance, and ended up getting billed 2500$ for one visit. Over 500$ for an x-ray, over 500$ for a shot that they recommended that didn’t do anything. And over 1400$ just for just the visit. Less than a couple miles away you can get an X-ray for 20$. Not to mention these people lost my initial MRI they received and I had what felt like 10 back and forth calls between the imaging place and them, including a 3 way call, just to find out they had it the whole time and lost it in their office. Completely unprofessional, granted the people there were kind, but had no clue what the hell was going on. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I have mixed feelings about this appointment. Fortunately, I was pleased with my conversation with Dr P, but I was truly upset about waiting over an hour & 15 minutes before seeing him. Nurse told me all the appointments were "new" like me, but if all appointments are new, shouldn't you allow for more time when scheduling those appointments? You know they are new! I appreciate the time that Dr spent with me, good information & I feel confident about him, but I shouldn't have to wait over an hour to see him! I had another appointment at 1, expected to have time to eat lunch, but then didn't because of this LONG time. I consider my time just as important as the doctor's time! If this were to happen again, I will find a different doctor! It's just disrespectful! There was a patient who came in after me who was taken in before me - and I wasn't seen until the end of that patient's time - so was my appointment time not important? I don't understand!! Anyway, I'm thankful for the information I got about the possibility of surgery.

Met Dr. Prybis and his team for the first time yesterday! The office staff, from the front desk to his nurse to the x-ray tech, were all so kind and welcoming! Dr. Prybis was kind and had excellent bedside manner. Dr. Prybis was encouraging and hopeful that my issue could be resolved. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of options for my care plan! I’m so happy to have the ROS team here in Greensboro!
