No doubt very cool, friendly and helpful staff. Staff helped me with smile. Very basic station with 2 platforms but only one is working. Southern service stops here and back to London again. Service is good on time. No ticket office but ticket machine. Wish they can put more shed at platform 1. Nice little town. Good for visit.

Seating at the station is medieval, clearly not designed by any renowned seating specialist, just some local iron monger.

Not the cleanest station but has an old signal box and station building. Sometimes people get confused about what platform to go from since southern service terminate here (as the line ahead is not electrified) often leading people to go to platform 1 as opposed to platform 2. Direct link to London, just a shame it's 1 station out of zone 6...

Lovely station, lovely people. Just signs to direct passengers from platform 2 to platform 1 need to be clearer, as the underpass comes out on platform 1 side but entrance to the platform is 20m to the left (when Station centre is closed), signs to find that entrance could be more obvious for those passengers in a rush, myself and two other passengers nearly missed our train.

Excellent and welcoming station to use when commuting along the line towards Guildford and Reading, with a direct Southern Service to London Victoria. Adequate shelters on both sides, and clear announcements with dot matrix displays. There is a level crossing at the western end with a footbridge, and an additional underpass runs underneath the station. A gate is used to bypass the ticket office when the ticket office is closed, and there is a ticket machine on both platforms.

This station is on the North Downs Line from Redhill to Reading. The station itself has ticket machines on each side, a wheelchair accessible entrance to each platform, a ticket office on the Redhill bound platform, and a large shelter on the Reading bound platform. The services at this station can take you to Guildford, Reading, Redhill, Gatwick Airport and London Victoria. There are plans to build a third platform to take Thameslink trains to London Bridge, Bedford and Peterborough.

Nice station, digital display for train times, working machines and places to sit in cover. Nearby bike rack which is covered by camera's and in a fairly frequented car park for a nearby store.

Generally being a daily commuter out from Reigate station, personally I can guarantee a good experience. Sadly the station does not currently have Oyster, however there are (as some may have seen) upgrade plans for Thameslink services to Reigate, and a platform 3. If you’re living in Reigate, moving to Reigate or just going to visit Reigate it’s a 100% chance of a good experience. The staff are wonderful and it’s never too packed, unless of course the Reigate College students are getting home. There’s plenty of shelters and sufficient facilities.
5. Stars.
