Like another reviewer said, I paid for my policy in full for the entire year. They sent me a notice that additional money was due a few months into the policy. None of the major insurance carriers do this. I saved some money initially but is now a headache because they’ve sent the additional money due to a collection agency and has affected my credit score! DO NOT buy insurance from REinsurepro!! You will regret it.

Purchasing a policy was easy. Got a good rate. Well, the rate was not worth the hassle I’ve been experiencing the last 6 months. I’ve cancelled the policy with the agent that I worked with. Then I still got charged. Called the company and they told me it wasn’t cancelled. I called the agent back who gets in touch with them. Confirms with me the policy was cancelled. Next month I get charged again. I speak with the representative from the company along with the agent who setup my policy. 3 months later I get charged again. And now it feels like we’re doing it all over again. What is happening with this company? I’d hope this is an isolated incident where just everyone is dropping the ball. But really? There’s too many calls and emails you can reference to see that this policy should have been canceled. If I were to do this again, I would just pay someone more money to save my time and patience from dealing with this company.
EDIT: Now the company is stating the policy was cancelled mid February and they’re trying to collect the amount for that month. You’d think you would have reached out, emailed stating exactly what the charge was… Also, the policy should’ve been cancelled since January 19th. And this is just a prime example how your company is lacking communication and clarity with their customers. The fact that you’re trying to posture that you resolve customers issues promptly, when I emailed a rep on August 30th without a response on why this charge was initiated. As I said, January 19th is when I started calling and emailing your office and representatives. It shouldn’t be my problem your employees recorded the wrong date or were unable to cancel the policy till February. The fact that we’re in September discussing this issue gives everyone on google a true presentation of the dealings of your company.

Zero stars! This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Avoid REInsurePro! Their insurance rates are very high, and we experienced numerous double charges. Our broker recommended REInsurePro, but the only thing missing was professionalism. Even though our agreement ended a few months ago, they are still trying to charge us and get more money. Check out their recent reviews and go with another insurance company.

Easiest carrier to work with! DeeDee and Nicholas in accounting are so helpful and save the day all the time, and our Sales Manager, Christy keeps our business running smoothly. Very pleased!

Beware: unscrupulous company. Doubled my rates in the second year. Continue to bill unauthorized payments with no notification. Billed my escrow for a different property and quicken didn’t catch it! I was on paperless billing and got hit with a $1200 bill above my Mortage amount!

Unscrupulous company. Among several things, they tried to start billing my credit card again for two policies, TWO MONTHS after the cancellation. I cancelled in December, then was not billed in January, but in February they billed my card again. They then tried to blame it on an "auto billing error" and said that auto-billing wasn't cancelled when I canceled the policy. If that was the case, I would have also been billed in January, but I wasn't. This company appears to be attempting to scam their clients. I have the emails to back up my experience.

Crooks!!!!! I paid my insurance for entire year
I have not authorized them to use my credit card. I did one time payment . In the middle of year I got charged $461 on my credit card without any notice or anything. I didn’t get any email or mail. They just took money from my credit card I called my credit card and disputed this charges. I canceled my insurance and I didn’t want deal with them anymore . After 5 months after cancellation they sent me email that I own them $461 because they change the premium in the middle of year. They even didn’t notified me about any changes in policy. Just straight stole money

Just received a bill for over $1400 on for property insurance on a bill that was paid in full last July (2023). Now we have to either pay it or lose coverage. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and this will be last time that we ever insure with them. It's one thing to increase the policy at the time of renewal but an increase of this size during the policy after it was paid in full is ridiculous. 0/10 stars. Not to mention that this company had multiple billing errors during our policy and also tried to get us to pay for the same policy twice. I will be reporting them to the BBB and making sure their shady business practices are well known so other consumers know to avoid them at all costs!!!!!
