Above and beyond, Remy has great contacts in the contractor community and was actually recommended to us by a contractor repairing our roof. He helped us get our house ready for a great family in Merced. He worked through the whole process from decluttering (moving out), completing all the tasks on the repair/maintenance list, sales prep cleaning, pre-listing home inspections, pricing the home, listing, dealing with multiple offers and performing analysis on the offers, and all the docs that have to be processed. The tasks list was long and we hit all of our planned dates, well executed do to his diligence.

Knowledgeable and genuine. I set goals for my family and Remy led us in the right direction to achieve our goals. The market was a seller's market but as a buyer, Remy found every way possible to help us out and buy our first home for our growing family. There are so many emotions going into this process because we're the first in our family to buy a home. As a first-generation Hispanic woman and my husband an African American, we knew the odds were against us. However, Remy went above and beyond to help us get through all the obstacles. My father-in-law expressed how proud he was of his son and his daughter-in-law. Remy helped me buy my first house on my own! He did an amazing job walking me, and getting me through the entire process, step-by-step! He was very professional and reliable, at all times. He kept constant communications from start to finish. He was patient and gracious as I searched for the right home for me. Remy listened to my hard no's on properties and the things I really wanted. He even was gracious when I asked to look at several rural towns that were several hours away from each other in Calaveras County & Mariposa County.
