My extended family has been with Renee Martin State Farm for a long time, and they have always been terrific! The have walked with us through several tough things over the years; my dad's home had a bad lightening strike, my son had a catastrophic car accident, our house has been hit by high winds and hail. I have been dealing with Hail damage to me and my fiancés vehicles and total loss department and I swear if it wasn’t for my local office girls Lesley and Destiny I probably would have lost my mind. Thank you both so much for talking with me and discussing my options and reaching out to the people we need to be in contact with when needed! I’ll forever be thankful for y’all!!! These girls need a raise or a spa day or maybe both because I know I have been stressing them over our claims.

June 2020 my neighbor's tree fell on the back part of my house. Man just about a month later, July 2020 my house caught on fire and they were there to take care of both problems. If it weren't for Renee Martin, State Farm in Batesville, Arkansas I really do not know where I would be right now. They were all so kind and caring and they kept in touch with me to make sure I was okay. Because after two bad incidents I was just about beside myself but they were there to keep my spirits up.

When tree fell on back part of my house, had to have new roof. When electrical box caught on fire, had to have new electrical box, a lot of smoke damage, replace vents in Attic, rewire the house, repaint some rooms, take up carpet and fix floors, replace and redo closet, lost several items of clothes. So thankful the house wasn't a total loss. And thank you to the Batesville Fire Department for responding so quick.
