I had issues with another company taking my application fee with limited guidance on what I need to submit. I begin working with Renters Warehouse and I received support daily. I would communicate with them sometimes throughout the day. I really needed this support at a time when I was relocating to a different place and had no idea of what all needed to be done. I have just moved into the property and it is great. I will update on how the remaining process goes. Thanks Renters Warehouse.

Nigel Gayle really helped us to find renters for or home. We live 3000 miles away from our property and Nigel was able to find us renters in one week! We had a great experience with Renters Warehouse! The approval process was quick and easy! I called the main number and spoke with Al. The home we were inquiring about had just been taken off the market, but Al was quick to find us something comparable! Cindy took over from there as it was her house and she was super helpful and friendly! I definitely recommend Renters Warehouse!

Hands down one of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. The only pleasant experience with them so far was the closing the lease. Their sales rep was awesome. But the actual management is a joke. All over the place with fees and charges on the ledger and it's now been over a month trying to get the dishwasher fixed. Glad my property sold and is being handed off to a new management company.
