I appreciate being contacted for periodic reviews of my policies with State Farm. Good discussions on what our coverage is and any options that are available. Never have any pressure to increase coverage or sign up for new coverage. Through these discussions you get a better understanding of what is covered and how your premium costs are calculated. It is much better to have a good understanding of these matters now, so you know what to expect if you ever must file a claim.

Terrible customer service! We were trying to reach them during their posted business hours (closing at 5 and we called around 3:15), left a voice mail and sent several texts to Rhonda. Based on her website it states that she is available 24/7 via texts…while I understand this is Christmas week but they were open on Monday, December 23, from 9-5, yet no one responded to our voicemail left around 3:15 that same day. As an independent business owner I would expect her to be better at taking care of her clients. But I guess not and we are changing agents asap. Love State Farm but stay away from this agent if you expect any form of customer service.

Claire Torres was very professional and accommodating, as well as extremely kind. She did an excellent job walking us through this entire process and did so without any problems.
