Rhonda Bonds is the absolute best— we’ve used her for years! There’s never a doubt, never a worry- if she does your taxes, she backs them up! Rhonda is blessed with a background of generations of tax professionals. She has taken these life lessons and really honed in on her own unique style. We love her, and would definitely recommend her to anyone. We drive nearly an hour to get our taxes done each year, but I can say with confidence: it is always worth it! Love the ladies working there too, so sweet.

If I could leave no star I would I filed my taxes Feb. 14th with rhondas elite tax service I had to wait on daughters pin code to come in mail got that took it to them March 3bd they said by March 21st I could come get my check on April 15 they close and only open on Wednesday went back the following Wednesday they said check back next Wednesday went back next Wednesday now take in mind the irs.gov said they had already send my check to rhondas tax service I go back the following Wednesday I wait from 10am - 1:45pm they had a 15 yr girl working up front she gave me 3 numbers to call I called those numbers they said the irs will no longer be sending or receiving any taxes from Rhonda elite tax service I had to send this other company copy of license social security card and a recent piece of mail did all that I finally received a paper check in the mail and took it straight to my bank and they said they could not deposit my check without this one time verification code which someone else had already requested so now I have request a form wait on it to come in fill it out send it back then wait on the new code to come into the mail this has been the biggest headache I have ever dealt with

Had a 715 appointment and they were seating people at 7:30 for their 5 o’clock appointment. Only thing you’ll get here is audited after hours of waiting.

Rhonda Bonds is the best tax preparer that we have ever had. My husband and I have been a customer of Rhonda's for 5 years now. I'm so excited that she finally made the choice to branch out on her own where her talent can truly shine for what it is. We drive all the way from Springville to Boaz (about a 45 minute drive one way) every year just so she can prepare our taxes. She is as sweet and professional as they come. 5 stars all the way. Rhonda Bonds is the most educated tax accountant I know. She keeps up to date with any new rules or laws that seem to change constantly. She goes WAY ABOVE & BEYOND for us as her clients and all her other clients that I know who go to her for their tax services. She treats us with the utmost respect & dignity, more than most of our family members. She has went head to head with higher tax officials to fight for us and MANY other clients when the State of Alabama Dept of Revenue has tried to cheat us. This has been happening to us and countless others for years now!! Started back in 2012 for us & she has been with us, beside us & fighting for us ever since, the whole way!!!! I highly recommend her for tax prep & representation!
