If she was not employed by your company I would be trying hire her at our company. Exceptional customer service is slowly becoming a thing of the past but she clearly understands the value of excellent customer service. I would highly recommend her!!

Received best service from Kesley at Spottke Insurance. She returned my call and saved us a lot of money on our car and mobile home insurance. Very easy to work with her. I just finished having maybe the best customer service experience I have ever had. It was with the Allstate Insurance Agent, Desirae Bradley, with the Richard Spottke Insurance Agency in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. I had received a letter from another Insurance Carrier saying they were "unable to offer a renewal policy due to a reduction in our hurricane exposure" which is what has been typical in the news in Florida at this time.
What makes my experience exceptional was not only the competency and courteousness that Desirae showed, but the way she was fully committed to making sure my situation was taken care of, even though she was not the Agent that I had started working with initially. Another Allstate Agent at this branch had already done a good deal of work to get me going on a new homeowner's insurance policy with Allstate, but the process wasn't finished before Desirae got involved. Lately I had not received from that first Agent any replies to my questions. So, I had called the office again to follow up, and Desirae answered the phone this time. She took ownership of the situation and took the initiative to finish the process, even though I found out near the end of the long phone call with her, that the other Agent had been ill and had been out of the office, which is why she had not replied. Desirae literally spent hours on the phone with me, patiently answering all my questions and finishing all the remaining steps for me to have a new policy. But as Desirae was working on completing the process, I received an email reply, and a subsequent call from the first Agent, but I did not see it because I was on the phone with Desirae. When this was realized, I let Desirae know that the first Agent's was now trying to get back with me. Because I had already spent so much time on the phone with Desirae, and since it was now several hours past when the office closed, Desirae did not refer me back to the other Agent for me to have to continue the process the next day. So, in order for me to not be inconvenienced further, Desirae went ahead and completed the process for me, even though the first Agent would get the commission. That was the part that was the impressive, and very honorable of her to do. She made sure the customer was taken care of, regardless of any personal benefit, and it was clear to me as she spent so much time getting this taken care of, that Desirae was going way beyond the "extra mile" to take care of this Allstate customer. Thank you again, Desirae, for all your help.
