I have been with this agent for 20+ years with multiple home and auto policies. I have had accidents and Allstate's service is timely and caring during such a difficult time. They do pay attention to your needs and try to save you money based on those needs. I have always been able to speak to someone in the office the same day I contact and any issues I've had have been resolved quickly. This is truly the service you should expect from you local agent. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable. Even when I convinced my husband to finally switch over from another insurance company after years of terrible service from his agent, they were respectful to the situation and never put down the other company. That is professionalism in business. Thank you! I'm so glad I walked into your office all those years ago.

After years of being with Allstate insurance, I finally had to drop them as my insurance provider. I went from paying $155 a month for two vehicles to paying $183 a month. The decision to drop them was made by their Insurance agent Trish. I never met someone who made me feel so absolutely awful for putting miles on my vehicles. Trish had explained to me that I need to prove that I wasn’t going over the standard mileage per year. Allstate claimed they tried to reach out to me about my current mileage on each of my vehicles, but I never received any letter instructing me to do so. After finally giving them my current mileage that was well below the standard mileage per year, Trish told me that I need to wait two hole months before my insurance would go back down. The process was to show them my mileage after two months to prove that I wasn’t driving so much. Her complete attitude was not professional, she shouldn’t be taking to paying customers who are trying to do the right thing by paying for insurance, since most people nowadays drive without it. I surely didn’t feel in good hands with Allstate. Rick Eason needs to know his agent is losing him customers.

I've been a member over 5 years now. Great staff , great coverage. Staff is awesome. Shout out to Ms Heidi, and Ms .Trish . Wonderful ladies they go far and beyond to help you as well as all staff at this location. Great place to be insured by. I truly recommend this agency.

Made changes to my premium and called to ask about my billing statement; the information provided by the first agent was said in confidence despite it being entirely wrong. I used the information provided by her, did my own calculations, and still the numbers did not add up (she also did it on her end). After realizing her response made no sense nor did it make up for the discrepancy in my billing statement, I was redirected to yet another agent. This agent I spoke with, whom you could tell was short tempered, quickly became frustrated and with a snarky tone had me pull up my billing statement to review how the numbers worked to produce my 6-month premium. Despite saying it in confidence, the numbers she provided and instructed me to add still did not add up to what was shown on my bill. Annoyed with her attitude, I politely thanked her for her thorough, albeit useless help, and hung up the phone. Changed insurances as of yesterday and can confidently say I won't be regretting it any time soon. If there is one thing this branch does very well in, it is training their agents to provide information with confidence regardless of whether it is accurate.

They always take care of me in a timely manner. They are very professional and concerning with my issues. I really appreciate it that. I love the ladies Trish and Heidi, and I cannot forget Mr. Roger. The staff is awesome there.

I would highly advise anyone to stay away from AllState and this office. I transferred my policy from this agent in this city to Arizona. I was on auto payment and they sent me to collections 30 days after leaving their office because of policy cancellation. This is after they refunded me money on my home policy. I'm still a customer of AllState and they sent me to collections. I'll be filing a lawsuit (out of principle) and making formal complaints with AllState and California Department of Insurance . I would stay away from this office. What a horrible experience! The audacity to send an existing AllState customer to collections. I'm astonished at this action.

UPDATE: After receiving an email from the owner of finally providing an explanation and stating "She's not good at Math", i've filed a CA OIG Complaint. I have been an AllState customer for 10+ years and can't believe their actions. STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE!!!!

Sent my husband to pay my insurance pymt, the customer service was great, very welcoming office. Thinking about taking my acct to this office!!! Well I did move my acct to this office, and I absolutely have no regrets! Thank You Rick Eason: Allstate insurance office & Staff.... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
